People hugging saying goodbye are being filmed. Show a little kid run after a dog as people are hugging. Zoom up on one pair of hugging people. Zoom extra close on the ear and show somebody whispering (audio louder than in real life), “good luck. We’ll miss you; you’re going to have a great life”. Show family walking away going into a train. Show family coming into an airport with a Russian flag on it. Show plane flying with a close up on a little girl’s face in the window(the girls eyes looking back)(audio-“bad day” by Daniel potter comes on. show plane flying away( “bad day” by Daniel potter dims out here, as plane is setting down plane a “setting plane noise”).Show family stepping out of the plane( “viva la Vida” by Coldplay comes on).Everything becomes slow-motion while the family steps done from the ladder. look around, little girl bites her lip nervously.(back to normal motion)show from a far angle family walking out of the airport with lots of suitcases. slowly move camera up to the top of the airport which has an American flag on it. Screen goes black. A voice comes on and says “my life is always changing. Nothing ever stays the same and usually the change is for the better”. This all takes 1 of the 2 minutes for the introduction. The next 30 seconds are going to be fast clips of some of my life with audio. There are going to be 15 different clips with audio each being 2 seconds. The clips will be: me and two friends in NYC taking a picture with an m&m in the m&m store. show the back of a poolside chair with a hand stretching out to get a drink, putting it back and then a little tiny moment of me preparing to get up to go into the pool (setting is an outdoor pool, its sunny outside, if possible a little view of the ocean).Show me picking up a puppy and saying “aw she’s so cute, I want this one!”. Show me standing above a waterfall, looking back, saying “ahhh I’m exited”, and then jump and show me gliding fast along a “rope” above the waterfall. Show me in dressing room trying something on saying, “I like this one its cute.” show me on a bed with a bunch of books and notebooks around me in a circle with me yelling, “grrr! I just can’t get this one!”. Show me playing the piano with the camera tilted so u can just see my face, my hands, and the keys with the piano. Show me looking at a photograph with my family in front of pretty building saying, “Wow Canada was so fun”; (the camera’s filming angle should be so that you can see my eyelashes and the picture and the setting/background is blurry). Show me yelling at my mom, “Mom! Please let me go to Ashland high school, I hate the school I go to now!”(Filming is done through a window, with an almost transparent curtain in the way, basically just showing the siluets of me and my mom). Show me playing tennis screaming, “5 nothing”. The next ones are speeded up a bit, so they have no audio. Show me at dance practice, dancing in front of a very large mirror. Show me drinking a smoothie and laughing with friends. Show me getting on to a bus, (camera’s filming angle is so that you can only see the yellow on the bus on the left and me coming in on the right). Show me sitting on a big chair on a laptop and talking on the phone. Finally, show me tanning under the sun on a towel on a beach. After the end of each clip make a brief “swooshing” sound. After that on a speed faster than this one make 2 short clips( me blowing out candles on a birthday cake and me taking a picture with a friend near the cheesecake factory).then on an incredibly high speed just repeat the first 15 clips in 5 seconds. Show an explosion of light (1 second). Then show a captured image of each of the clips on pieces of paper floating thorough the air, and then begin to turn into a tornado and all shoot into a book (10 seconds). (A low faded classical music starts playing) put camera on top of the book that says my life by Mila Deych, keep there for 4 seconds. Audio: voice comes on, “Live your life like there’s no tomorrow. That is a quote I live by. Everything I can I do today and don’t put things of because you might not get a chance to do it. Life is a precious gift that should be appreciated and this is a story about how I have been thankful for my precious gift (10 seconds).Introduction is done(it is 2 minutes long)and now some mellow music comes on and “my life” begins.
(3, 2, 1 Action!) My life is like a plane ride. The ups like the take-off; the take-off of a new adventure. The downs like the landing; realizing where I am, what’s going on around me and how I’ll become a part of it. Exciting like the feeling of going to a new foreign and exotic place! Frightening at times, (zoom in on the pilot) “Ladies and Gentlemen stay buckled and stay calm! We will be facing some rough turbulence but everything is under control.” That’s what they always say, “Everything is under control.” But is it really? (zoom back out on the passengers) Most of the time my life’s a blast but there are down sides. One of my fondest, most exciting memories happened when I took my first plane ride to Disney World. I remember it was during February vacation and I was in the 4th grade. My teacher asked me to keep a journal writing explaining what I did every day. I had one of the most memorable experiences of my life boarding the plane for the first time, being served the food, pillows, blankets, and slippers for the first time and watching TV on the mini screen in front of me. But the best part of all was going to Disney World for my very first time! It’s every little kids dream. I can remember exactly how amazed and shocked I was when I arrived. It was one of the biggest places I’d ever been to in my life! The rides everywhere, all the people, the smiles, the food, and all the activities going on around me, it was incredible! I wanted to live there forever. My life is like a plane ride. (roll end credits) - Michele B.
